Filling out an ESPD
In Byggeprojekt, all users have access to the ESPD service.
The contracting authority can create their ESPD and enter all relevant information. At the end of the process, they can export the ESPD request to an .xml file, which can be uploaded with the tender documents.
Applicants who have registered (economic operators) can download the ESPD request .xml file and then import the ESPD file. This file is pre-filled by the contracting authority in relation to this public procurement procedure and is published alongside the tender notice.
Finally, applicants can export the ESPD response to .xml and/or .pdf and upload it according to the submission requirements.
