Open files without downloading
It is possible to see selected types of files in the integrated viewer without having to download them first below:
- PDF files
- Image files (e.g. .jpg - .png)
- Office documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Click on the file name (applies to pdf and image files) and the file opens in the viewer. The viewer window can be enlarged by clicking on the arrows in the top right corner of the viewer window.
To close the viewer again, simply click outside the file name.
To open Office documents including Word, Excel and Powerpoint, select the file -> right click -> Show in Office for web.
The file will then open in a new tab.
