Download folders and files
Downloading the entire folder structure
Note: If you choose to download a single folder, any underlying folders will also be downloaded.
1. Click on the folder or project you want to download.
2. Right-click.
3. Select "Download" from the menu.
4. In the download setup, name the file as you prefer.
5. Click on "Download". The files will now be downloaded into a ZIP file.
6. The file will be downloaded and placed according to your browser settings.
7. Once the file is downloaded, you can unzip the ZIP file.
Downloading multiple files from the same folder
1. Click on the folder you want to download from.
2. Select the files you want to download.
3. To select multiple files, hold down the CTRL key while selecting.
4. To select all files, click the first file, hold down the SHIFT key, and click the last file.
5. Choose "Download" from the toolbar above or right-click and select "Download".
6. In the download setup, name the file as you prefer.
7. Click "Download". The files will now be downloaded into a ZIP file.
8. The file will be downloaded and placed according to your browser settings.
9. Once the file is downloaded, you can unzip the ZIP file.
Downloading individual files
1. Click on the folder you want to download from.
2. Select the file you wish to download (right-click and choose "Download" or double-click on the file). The file will open.
3. Alternatively, you can choose "Download" from the toolbar above.
4. The file will be downloaded and placed according to your browser settings.
Note: As a project user, you may have limited permissions on the project. The permissions granted to project users are based on the group they have been invited to.
