Invite your own users, e.g. colleagues or business partners, to the project tender
As a bidder, you have the option to invite your own users, such as colleagues or partners, to the project's tender by simply right-clicking on the project. When users are invited to the project tender, they will have access to the tender material and will be notified when revised material is uploaded, just like the bidder. The bidder can view a list of the invited users under "Project Users".
It is also possible to hand over the tender to a colleague from this page. Hand over the tender to a new responsible bidder is a feature that allows the recipient of the tender to hand over it to a colleague within their own organization. This means that the recipient of the transferred tender will have access to new tenders sent by the same company (tender administrator) in the future.
