Registration of events in the system
What information is shown in log files (Event log)?
You must be logged in as a user to perform these steps. If you are not logged in, there will be no changes to your log files that apply to your user account. Depending on the user's role, some event log files may not be accessible.
Event log files are special files that record significant events on byggeprojekt.dk, such as when a user logs into the system or when new files are uploaded. When these types of events occur, the event is recorded in an event log, which you can read in the Event Log menu. Advanced users may find the details in event log files useful.
1. Click on Event Log to access the log file's history.
2. Select the desired Category.
3. Choose the specific Type within the selected category.
Under the two filtering options, Category and Type, you will find the most recent 50 log events. Click on the right arrow to view the next 50.
If you want to access the event log for a specific project, you can do so by right-clicking on the project and selecting Event Log.
It is possible to export the event log to a .csv file or an html file for better searching for specific events.
