Project - Group Administration

Permissions for groups

The rights of project users to the project are defined based on the group they are invited to. Right-click on the project and select Group Administration to create new groups.

New groups can be created and standard permissions can be set for the project under group administration. The project administrator or similar role can manage permissions for each group. Permissions and functions can be controlled and defined based on the following:

- Read/Download

- Write/Upload

- Edit/Delete

- Edit folder permissions

To create a new group, simply click on the green plus sign, name the group, and set the permissions. Permissions can also be adjusted at the folder level - refer to the section on "View folder permissions for groups."

Note: Project users may have limited permissions on the project. The rights of project users are defined based on the group they are invited to.
