For a new project, the most common metadata columns are created by default:
File name - Description - Version - Format - Measurements - Revision - Revision date - Upload date and time - Size - 3D - Project - Uploaded by - path/Location in folder structure
User-defined metadata columns and predefined values for metadata can be created. Ex. Status column with values: planning, preliminary, as built, etc. so that these values are only possible and easy to choose from when attaching metadata.
All metadata columns can be searched/filtered.
Standard metadata columns for files or user-defined metadata columns, can be copied and reused from project to project or copied from the user's default of folder structure, groups,
rights and metadata columns. So that these do not have to be created manually time and time again.
You can choose which metadata is to be displayed and hidden in columns and in the metadata area, as well as change the order of columns.
Right-click the project to manage metadata columns.
NB! As a project user, you can have limited rights on the project.
The project users' rights to the project are defined based on the group they are invited to.
