Send email to project users
Through project email, it is possible to send emails to selected project users on a project. It is also possible to attach files.
Project emails can be sent to:
- All project users
- Selected company administrators
- Selected groups (defined in group administration)
- Selected project users
Project emails can be sent at a scheduled time, which can be helpful in receiving a reminder for oneself and selected project users regarding, for example, 1-year and 5-year reviews. NB! As a project user, you may have limited rights on the project. The project users' rights to the project are defined based on the group they are invited to.
