Project - Send project to print provider

Send drawings and documents to print provider for printing

You have the option to send the entire project, folder, or individual files for printing.

The type of printing order desired can vary for each individual. Follow the steps below to send your print order.

Send the entire folder structure or folder of the project to the printing service provider.

Note: If you choose to send a single folder for printing, any subfolders will also be included.

1. Click on the project or folder you want to send to the printing service provider.
2. Right-click.
3. Select "Send project/folder to print" from the menu.
4. Fill out the fields in the form, including billing address and invoice recipient.
5. Provide a case name, number, and choose the date of receipt.
6. Add any additional comments, such as pickup instructions, multiple recipients, or delivery preferences.
7. Choose the number of copies you need.
8. Click OK.

Send multiple files from the same project for printing

1. Click on the folder you want to print files from.
2. Select the files you want to send to the printing service provider.
3. To select multiple files, hold down the CTRL key while selecting.
4. To select all files, click on the first file, hold down the SHIFT key, and click on the last file.
5. Right-click and choose "Send files to print".
6. Select "Add more files to this print job" at the bottom of the window to choose files from other folders.
7. Fill out the fields in the form, including the billing address and invoice recipient.
8. Provide a case name, number, and choose the date of receipt.
9. Write any additional comments, such as pickup instructions, multiple recipients, or delivery preferences.
10. Choose the number of copies you need.
11. Click OK.

The printing service provider will process the order and deliver as agreed.


You can view an overview of current and previous print jobs by clicking on your profile icon in the top right corner. Then click on My Profile - Click on Print Order on the left side.
