In July 2024, Byggeprojekt became part of Pro4all. It gave us more colleagues, more specialized knowledge and substantially more strength in the back.
But if you're a customer of ours, your first question is hardly what the acquisition means for our European growth strategy. You probably want to know if it changes anything for you.
The short answer is: No, not in your everyday life.
The slightly longer answer is: You get more options. And you can read more about that here.
Pro4all is a European group of software companies, all working with the construction and real estate industry. The idea is not that one system should be able to a bit of everything and end up doing most of it half-well. The idea is to bring together specialists who are each really good at their part of the construction process.
The building project's place in the community is the same as it has always been: we make it easier to keep track of projects, documents, drawings, scrutiny, tenders and the communication between the many people who need to get a construction safely completed.
In other words, we have not changed direction. We've just got more people to follow along with.
Let's take the most important thing first: Construction project is still Byggeprojekt
You continue to use the platform you know. You will still get help from our Danish team, and you can still call people who speak your language and know both the solution and the Danish construction industry.
So you don't have to look around for a new vendor structure or explain your project to a support worker somewhere far away.
Of course, the security of your project data is also the same high priority as it has been so far. This means, among other things:
In short: What you are happy about today, we have no plans to change for the sake of change. There are plenty of these things already.
A larger community is only interesting if it can be felt out with customers. Otherwise, it's mostly just multiple logos at the bottom of a website.
For us, Pro4all means that we gain access to more specialists, experience from construction projects across Europe and greater development power. This makes it possible to offer new solutions faster than if we had to invent all deep dishes ourselves.
A very concrete example is the Byggeprojekt Quality Assurance.
STA Software became part of Pro4all in 2025 and specializes in digital quality and inspection management for the construction industry. That technology is now integrated into Byggeprojekt Quality Assurance.
This means that you can collect the entire quality assurance process digitally:
Records, images and controls can be made directly on mobile or tablet, while project management can track status, responsibilities and progress in real time.
The technology is already being used by more than 400 companies. In other words, this is not an attempt we have just rolled out of the workshop. It is a proven solution that has now become part of Byggeprojekt's total toolbox.
And here's the important crux: you shouldn't enter into a separate agreement with STA.
You buy Byggeprojekt Quality Assurance from us. You enter into the agreement with us. Onboarding, advice and support are also available with us. STA provides the technology under the helmet, but Byggeprojekt is still your entry.
When drawings, documents, audits, tenders and project communications are already being handled digitally, it makes sense that quality assurance, inspections and deliveries can follow the same path.
That's where the value of the Pro4all community lies for us: not in making things bigger and more convoluted, but in giving our customers more options without putting another layer of administration on top of the build.
The decision to become part of Pro4all was therefore not a change of course. It was an opportunity to continue in the same direction with more forces behind us.
We've gotten bigger. No further away.
Then we'll be happy to show you around.
