Questions/Answers

In connection with sending out tenders and prequalification, the tender administrator can activate the Question/Answer module, which allows bidders/applicants to ask questions to the tender administrator and other selected users (consultants) through the Byggeprojekt platform.

The tender administrator and other selected users will have the ability to answer all questions and then send the responses directly back (push) to all bidders through the Question/Answer module.

Alternatively, all questions and responses can be exported to Excel or Word, after which they can be uploaded to the tender folder.

All bidders will be notified of the responses, either through the module or by uploading a document.

All questions asked will remain anonymous among all bidders.

Initially, bidders can only view their own questions.

NB! When the tender administrator or other selected users have entered one or more responses, these are initially saved as a draft - To ensure that the user (bidders) receive the responses, they must be sent from the Question/Answer overview by selecting one or more responses and clicking "Send Response" or exported to a file and then uploaded to the folder structure where the user has access.
